How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services or comply with the law:
-
Law enforcement and government agencies: police departments and other agencies that order a tow or impound, and the DMV, courts, or regulators when required.

Fleet customers and property owners: when they request or pay for a tow of a vehicle they manage.

Insurers, lienholders, and registered owners: to process claims, give required notices, and release vehicles.

Cookies, analytics, and text messages
Cookies and analytics. Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure which ads or listings lead to calls. We may use services such as Google Analytics and call-tracking tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work for requesting a tow.
Do Not Track. Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our site does not respond to it. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in the California section below.
Text messages. If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your tow, such as driver arrival times, vehicle location, and release instructions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts without your consent, and we do not share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Tow, impound, storage, and release records are kept for the periods required by law enforcement contracts, the DMV, tax rules, and other California laws, and longer if needed for a claim or dispute. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including limiting access to staff who need it, password-protected systems, and secure payment processing. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have rights over their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), to the extent it applies to us. We honor these requests either way.
-
Know and access: ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it, and who we share it with, and get a copy.
-
Correct: ask us to fix information that is wrong.
-
Delete: ask us to delete your information. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as tow and impound records, or that we need to finish a transaction or resolve a dispute.
-
Opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request.
-
Limit use of sensitive information: we use sensitive information, such as a driver's license, only to verify identity and release vehicles, and not to infer characteristics about you.
-
No discrimination: we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
How to make a request. Call or email us using the contact details below. We will verify your identity, usually by matching information we already have, before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized. We respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time as the law allows.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code section 1798.83 lets California residents ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not make these disclosures.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our website may link to other sites, such as maps, review sites, or motor club pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Please check back periodically.
